张老先生,现年七十九岁,由于右后腰酸软,脚无力支撑,肩颈疼痛,又有严重的驼背,经朋友介绍,到本中心练习太极拳。初来时是撑着手杖,步履蹒跚,艰难的进到训练馆的,两年后的今天, 請看图和视频。

这两年,张老先生通过针对性的训练方式和方法,包括柔韧训练,力量训练,形体训练,协调以及配合太极拳放松,柔和缓慢的练习,终于解除了苦恼的病痛。

练武除了方法正确之外,个人的练武精神也很重要,一态度认真,二自信与尊重,三循序渐进,坚持锻炼。持之以恒,一定能成功。

简单的动作重复做,你就是赢家;重复的动作认真做,你就是专家.

Mr. Zhang, aged 79, used to suffer from right backaches, weakness in back and feet, pain in both neck and shoulders and have a serious humpback. He was introduced by his friends to join our centre to practice Tai Chi to improve his conditions.

When he first came to the centre, he was faltering using a walking cane and had difficulty even in entering the training hall. However, two years later today, his conditions had improved significantly – see pictures and video below.

In the past two years, Mr. Zhang reduced his distressed pains through targeted training methods, including flexible training, strength training, physical training, coordination and relaxation exercises combined with Taijiquan.

In practicing martial arts, on top of having the correct method, the spirit of individual is also very important. Personal qualities like serious attitude, self-confidence and respect are also important. Perseverance will ensure success for the person.

Repeat the simple actions, you are the winner; repeat the action seriously, you will become an expert.
