Taiji Courses for Corporate

Taijiquan courses for corporate/institutions are specially design by May Tan as a health-promoting and enjoyable sport. Generally, a Taijiquan course will last for 3 months, each session lasting around 1 hour. Some of the benefits of practicing Taijiquan include :-
  • relieve work-related stress.

  • reduce migraine.

  • increase strength, concentration & alertness.

  • overcome bad backaches caused by slipped disc or tension.

  • preventing pre-aging.

  • improving body-posture and flexibility.
