The Workplace Health & Sports Promotion Grant in Sports & Physical Activities
The grant is a joint-funding scheme by the Health Promotion Board (HPB) and the Singapore Sports
Council (SSC). The WHSP Grant provides financial support to help organizations start and sustain
workplace health and sports & physical activity programmes. More information available at

Courses that are specially designed for corporate staffs:
Taijiquan courses for corporate/institutions are specially design by May Tan as a health-promoting and enjoyable sport. Generally, a Taijiquan course will last for 3 months, each session lasting around 1 hour. Some of the benefits of practicing Taijiquan include :-
