Wushu, also commonly known as Shaolin Kung Fu is a sport comprising routines
which consist of a series of attack and defense action. It can be a competitive
or health promoting sports. It is suitable to be practiced by people of all age
group.
To many, it is views as a rugged sport. This is a mis-concept held by many.
There are many classes of Wushu, from the explosives jumping movement of Chang
Quan, the swiftness of swordplay, to the powerfulness of broadsword
routine. To display a good routine, one must be able to bring out the feeling
of that routine with ones style.

Contents of Wushu Course
Student will be taught basic movement of the hand, posture, kicking skill,
jumping movement. Routine comprising the above movement. Better students will
be exposed to performance.
We provide Wushu instructors with good track results in national competition
to conduct Wushu courses for primary, secondary, international schools and
tertiary institutes. Inter-school Wushu Competition are hold annually for
students to take part. Student with outstanding result will be invited to join
the Singapore National Wushu Federation youth team. You can also click
