Hunyuan Taijiquan was developed by Grandmaster Feng Zhi Qiang from China to create a form of Tai Chi that is more suited for a wider age group of practitioners. The Chen and Yang styles of Taijiquan utilises many high impact or stringent movements during routine practices. On the other hand, Hunyuan Taijiquan adopts a more fluid style and sets out to help its practitioners to remain calm and relaxed in a rapidly evolving environment such as Singapore. Through the cultivation of intemal energy, it helps to strengthen the overall wellness of body and mind.

Our new training curriculum launched in 2009 shortens the introduction process to Hunyuan Taijiquan, it does so through strengthening core body muscles, improve flexibility, enhance coordination and fortifies the immune system. During the course we will also be teaching students some basic accupoint and meridien line recognition.
